We provide scans on Linotype/Heidelberg-Hell and Imacon. Our drumscanners can handle both reflective and transparent originals with a maximum size of 40x40cm.
A drumscanner uses a cylinder where the original is mounted. There are a number of advantages:
• Large file sizes (up to 2,9 GB)
• Best possible sharpness across the picture area.
• Wet mounting for a minimum of dust & scrathes.
• Scanning of the entire original including edges.
We scan at optical resolution which means that there will be no interpolation of the digital image file.
We also provide scanning on Imacon.
